6 pin mini-DIN male (PS/2 STYLE) connector.
The Leadtek TV-out 6-pin connector is a PS/2-style mini-DIN-6 socket used on certain Leadtek WinFast and VisionTek graphics cards based on the NVIDIA GeForce2 Ti and GeForce2 GTS GPUs, produced around 2000–2001. It is an early proprietary TV-out solution that consolidates the four signals of a standard S-Video connection (IEC 60933-5: Y luminance, C chrominance, and their respective grounds) with an additional composite video signal and its ground into a single six-pin connector. The underlying analogue video standards are S-Video Y/C (Y at approximately 1 Vpp into 75 Ω, C at 0.3 Vpp into 75 Ω) and composite CVBS (1 Vpp into 75 Ω); TV encoding was performed by a discrete chip on the card, commonly the Conexant CX25870/871 or Philips SAA7102 family. This connector predates the more widespread adoption of the 7-pin and 9-pin mini-DIN TV-out designs on later-generation cards.

Signals
- GND(Y) — Signal ground for the S-Video luminance (Y) line; corresponds to pin 1 of the standard 4-pin S-Video connector per IEC 60933-5.
- GND(C) — Signal ground for the S-Video chrominance (C) line; corresponds to pin 2 of the standard 4-pin S-Video connector.
- Y — Luminance component of the S-Video signal (approximately 1 Vpp into 75 Ω); carries brightness information separately from colour.
- C — Chrominance component of the S-Video signal (approximately 0.3 Vpp into 75 Ω); carries colour information as a phase-modulated subcarrier.
- GND(COMPOSITE) — Dedicated signal ground for the composite video output line.
- COMPOSITE — Composite CVBS video output (1 Vpp into 75 Ω); combines luminance, chrominance, and sync into a single signal for connection to standard analogue TV inputs.
Notes
The connector uses the same physical PS/2 mini-DIN-6 shell as a keyboard or mouse port; a breakout adapter supplied by Leadtek or VisionTek converts it to a 4-pin S-Video female socket and an RCA phono socket for composite video. Pins 1–4 follow the standard S-Video ground and signal arrangement (IEC 60933-5), so a standard 4-pin S-Video plug can be inserted directly, leaving pins 5–6 unused. Simultaneous S-Video and composite output is supported. This connector is proprietary; Leadtek and VisionTek never published an official pinout specification.
