ECU - Electronic Control Unit Connector.
The 1993–1996 Nissan Silvia S14 (Zenki) fitted with the SR20DET 2.0 litre DOHC turbocharged inline-four engine uses Nissan’s ECCS (Electronic Concentrated Control System) for engine management. The ECU is a multi-pin module controlling sequential multi-point fuel injection, electronic ignition timing, and ancillary engine functions from a single unit. This non-European specification variant shares the core 76-pin connector arrangement used across the S-chassis SR20DET family, with pin assignments specific to the JDM and non-European market calibration. The ECU interfaces with the Nissan CONSULT serial diagnostic system via a dedicated data link connector in the cabin.

Signals
- Tachometer Signal — engine speed output signal to the instrument cluster tachometer (RPM)
- Mass Air Flow Sensor Ground — dedicated ground reference for the MAF sensor circuit
- Mass Air Flow Sensor — analogue voltage input from the hot-wire mass air flow sensor
- Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor — analogue voltage input from the coolant temperature sensor; used for fuelling correction and fan control
- O2 Sensor Signal — analogue voltage input from the upstream exhaust oxygen sensor; used for closed-loop fuelling
- Sensor Ground — common ground reference for analogue sensor inputs
- Throttle Position Sensor — analogue voltage input from the throttle position sensor; varies approximately 0.5 V (released) to 4.2 V (fully depressed)
- Power Ground (Engine Control Module) — main chassis/power ground for the ECU (pins 50 and 116)
- Vehicle Speed Sensor — pulse signal input from the vehicle speed sensor
- Injector #1, #2, #3, #4 — individual injector drive signals for each cylinder; function listed as “Speed” in the source data — purpose is injector actuation (sequential multi-point injection)
